Let Us Entertain You, Says TiVo and Entertainment Weekly
<August 27, 2008><PRNewswire><Reuters>TiVo announced today that it has teamed up with Time Warner’s Entertainment Weekly magazine to offer a new service for its subscribers. According to the company, Entertainment Weekly’s “What to Watch” TV recommendations will be automatically recorded on TiVo subscribers’ devices such that it is instantly available when they turn on their sets.
The service will launch this fall and will also include the ability, for broadband-enabled TiVo subscribers, to access EW.com exclusive content and programs such as “Just a Minute,” “Ausiello TV,” “Idolatry,” and behind the scenes videos.
